What is the Beecome box?

These boxes are designed to help with your childs educational development. The boxes are all based on learning about different professions and include STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) activities and tasks. All of this is delivered through a fun role play element.

What does STEAM stand for?

STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths.

For what age are Beecome Boxes suitable?

Our kits are designed for children between the ages of 5 and 9. Younger children will need more assistance from adults (though you may well be surprised with just how much they can do).

How does the subscription work?

The date you sign up is the date that your subscription will renew. Your kits will continue to ship every month for the duration of your subscription

What if I do not like the box?

We’ll happily give you your money back if you or your child(ren) didn’t enjoy any of our boxes. Simply pop us a message on here within 30 days of the delivery of the box you didn’t like.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription simply login to Your account.

Do you offer multi-box discounts if I am ordering for more than one child?

Yes, we have discounts if you need a subscription for several kids. Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout when there are multiple products selected all being delivered to the same household.

Discount rates are:

2 subscriptions of any length- 10% discount

3 subscriptions of any length- 15% discount

4 subscriptions of any length- 20% discount

Can I purchase a single box without subscribing?

Yes you can. On our shop there is the option for a one-time purchase. Please select the profession you would like to receive

Can I purchase a box or a subscription as a gift?

Yes, definitely! Gift options are available for all products whether it be a subscription or a single box you require. You will be able to specify the address of the recipient on purchasing the gift option

Subscriptions are non-recurring when purchased as a gift so we won’t charge your card when the subscription period ends.

Billing

What are the billing options?

Please select the appropriate subscription basis from the shop page. For monthly and 3 monthly subscriptions the subscription is recurring and will automatically renew after the end of the billing period, unless There are 3 billing options for subscription purchases: monthly, every 3 months, and once a year. the subscription is cancelled.

We also one off purchases of a single box, which require immediate payment and payments do not automatically renew in any way.

What if I decide to buy again after I cancelled my subscription – would I be getting the same professions again?

If you would like to continue with the order of boxes after “pausing”, simply send us message here or via email stating which professions you’ve already received. We will then start the subscription again from the next box due.

Can I cancel before the end of the prepaid period – will I get my money back?

Of course! We’ll return your money for the remaining months. Please, contact us with a refund request here or via email.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK

When will the box be delivered?

All orders ship within 3 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

I still haven’t received my order?

If you have allowed 13 business days for shipping and delivery and your box has still not arrived please contact us here or via email so we can investigate. Please include the order number as shown in your order confirmation. If you can’t find your order confirmation please do check your junk email. Order confirmations are sent from order@beecomebox.com.
